Salary: 25 euros/hour (4500 euros/monthly) + tips

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious establishment in the heart of Dublin, Ireland. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and professional welcome and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
– Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processes.
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
– Manage reservations and bookings, providing accurate information to guests.
– Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
– Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

– Energetic and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
– Team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
– Well-presented with a professional demeanor.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Experience in administration and knowledge of other foreign languages will be advantageous.
