• We are seeking an Office Assistant with excellent typing and computer skills, along with a professional telephone manner. The successful candidate should possess good interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, dependability, flexibility, self-motivation, and a quick learning aptitude. Key responsibilities include:
•  Accurate typing and proofreading of correspondence, forms, and documents.
• Efficient management of telephone and electronic enquiries.
• Maintenance and preparation of reports from both manual and electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases.
• Sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other important documents.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
• Sending and receiving messages promptly.
• Conducting basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Proficiently preparing and formatting page presentations.
• Setting up equipment or software to meet document requirements.
•  Compilation of data, statistics, and other pertinent information.
•  Full training will be provided.
