About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Night Baker to join our offshore oil rig team in Norway. As a Night Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of freshly baked bread, pastries, muffins, and desserts for our crew onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, muffins, and desserts.
– Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the bakery area.
– Collaborate with the culinary team to meet the crew’s food requirements.
– Manage inventory and ensure timely reordering of baking supplies.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Baker is essential.
– Proven expertise in baking techniques and practices.
– Comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety.
– Proficient in medical and safety procedures, including PPO, HMO, and HSA options.
