LOCATION OF POSITION: Sanatorium complex, IRELAND
- You will be tasked with grounds maintenance such as gardening, power washing, weeding, etc. Also, there will be maintenance of the property including basic joinery and electrical works.As a Maintenance Assistant you will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks correctly and efficiently ensuring a safe environment for guests, visitors and employees. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess excellent knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations. You will be organised and react promptly and efficiently as requested to meet the needs of the business.

- A time-served trades person would be highly beneficial but not essential.
- Flexibility is required as the role may involve some shift and weekend work

NOTE! All costs are borne by the employer. The costs of issuing personal documents, visa photos, courier, etc., about 50 euros maximum – these costs are at the expense of the applicant if approved.
