About the Role:

The role of Front Office Receptionist is centered around crafting exceptional first and last impressions for our valued customers. This engaging position encompasses a variety of tasks including guest check-in/check-out, switchboard operation, responding to guest inquiries, cash handling, billing, messaging, and fostering positive guest relations.

Desired Qualifications:

•  While prior experience in hotel settings and familiarity with Opera software are advantageous, comprehensive training is provided. We are seeking candidates who possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both colleagues and customers.
