Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via a computerized system in a call center environment.
– Gathering information, conducting research, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
– Communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely and courteous manner.
– Informing customers about available services and assessing their needs.
– Providing functional guidance, training, and assistance to lower-level staff.
– Assisting in scheduling and ensuring accurate phone coverage to prioritize and resolve calls.
– Compiling standard reports to track workload and response time.
– Contributing to departmental goals and making recommendations for process improvement.
